2012 Bridal Menus

Choose your own combinations and make your menu unique. Buffet pricing includes food, buffet staffing for 4 hours (setup, dinner and cleanup) and basic rentals (china dinner plate, stainless fork and knife, paper napkins, buffet linens and decor).

Buffet with 2 Entrees: Pricing Starts at $24.99 per person (see individual items for any up-charges)

18% Food & Beverage Service Charge, Fuel Surcharge and Tax are additional.
Up-charges are added per person to the menu price.

Salads

Farmer's Market Salad - A mix of romaine and wild greens with croutons, Parmesan cheese and our own Lemon Love Dressing.

Caesar Salad - Fresh romaine lettuce tossed with grated Parmesan cheese, homemade croutons and our own classic Caesar dressing. Low fat Caesar dressing available upon request.

Mixed Wild Greens Salad - Enjoy a variety of specialty lettuces tossed with tomatoes and cucumbers.

Summer Salad - Fresh greens, strawberries, candied pecans, crumbled Gorgonzola and sliced red onions tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette. ($1.50 up-charge)

Berry Mandarin Salad - This salad is a show stopper. Fresh Strawberries, Mandarin Oranges, Toasted Coconut, Almonds lightly toasted and crispy Rice noodles add an Asian flavor to fresh field greens, with a light citrus vinaigrette. ($1.50 up-charge)

Breads

White Dinner Rolls - Light and fluffy old fashioned dinner rolls baked fresh in our kitchen. Served with creamery butter.

Honey Whole Wheat Rolls - Whole wheat rolls with a kiss of sweet honey baked fresh in our kitchen. Served with creamery butter.

Italian Bread or Garlic Bread - Fresh Italian bread baked to golden perfection. Includes butter pats.

Artisan Bread - A basket of freshly baked gourmet bread served with herbed butter. ($1.00 up-charge)

Vegetables

Market Fresh Seasonal Assortment - Our team of chefs will prepare the freshest local vegetables available at the time of your event.

Green Beans Almondine - Green Beans with sliced almonds and red peppers

Asparagus - Fresh steamed asparagus glazed with a white truffle oil or herb butter. ($1.50 up-charge out of season)

Starches

Oven Roasted Skagit Valley Potatoes - Baby red potatoes tossed lightly with olive oil and fresh garlic then roasted.

Wild Rice Pilaf - A blend of wild and white rice with savory herbs and fresh diced mushrooms.

Baked Pasta - Chef's choice of pasta that will best compliment your meal available with a variety of sauces (Alfredo, marinara, pesto, etc.).

Potato or Pasta Salad – A cold starch perfect for summer casual weddings. Ingredients are tailored to the rest of the menu.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes - Garlic, cream and butter make these decadent, golden mashed potatoes a classic. ($1.50 up-charge)

Proteins

London Broil - Tender flanks of beef charbroiled, then sliced on the bias and served with a fresh mushroom demi glace, Gorgonzola butter or an herb butter.

Mango Chicken Breast - Lightly spiced chicken breast grilled, then topped with a fresh mango salsa.

Chicken Champignon - Tender boneless chicken breast is lightly breaded and pan-sauteed, then covered in a succulent mushroom cream sauce. Add Marsala wine and this dish converts to Chicken Marsala.

Seafood Stuffed Sole - Tender sole is wrapped around our delicious seafood stuffing. Topped with a citrus beurre blanc sauce.

Grilled Wild Salmon with Huckleberries - Wild Salmon grilled then topped with fresh local huckleberries. ($1.50 up-charge)

Beef Tenderloin - Choice midwest beef tenderloin, Oven roasted to medium doneness, Chef sliced and served with a mushroom demi glace, Bearnaise or pepper cream sauce. ($3.50 up-charge)
